Here Is a Complete copy of our Three Year Worry Free Warranty

This warranty covers the following list of components against any defect in equipment, parts, or assembly for three years from the date of delivery to the customer.

1* The motherboard and all of its directly attached ports, pins, connectors, and all other components that can be reasonably considered part of a motherboard.

2* Any part of the cooling system; including any fans, pumps, connections, controllers, radiators or other current or future PC component cooling device included in a GirlpowerPC computer.

3* Any device, cable, or monitor that we ship with our computers. If Repair or replacement of exact model is not available we will contact you to find a replacement that is within 20% lower or higher cost then the original. Yes, within reason, if repair or exact replacement of a keyboard, mouse, headset, drawing tablet, or other device we currently or in the future offer is not possible we will replace it with a more expensive model, within 20% of the original models cost, that you like. If you chose a more affordable replacement we will refund you the difference in price between the new and original device. Our customers always get their money’s worth.

4* The DDR4 or DDR5 ram (or any future form of ram we may use in a computer). Any attached heatsinks, and any rgb or other future forms of lighting.

5.1* Any form of storage device be it SATA SSD, SATA Mechanical hard drive, NVME storage drive of any size or generation (future unknown type of physical storage device) or external storage drive of any format shipped by us to our customers.

5.2* While we can not and make no claim to guarantee or warranty data. In our belief of providing a Golden Rule customer service if a drive ever fails we will take every step within reason to recover the data in a professional and confidential way for our customers at no charge. We will even cover the cost of shipping the drive to us!

6* The power supply and all of its cables and connectors. This warranty covers any hardware damage that can reasonably be considered as a result of a failure in the power supply, its cables, or its connectors up to and including a complete system replacement.

7* The graphics processing unit, its cables, connectors, fans, heat sinks, and anything attached to its PCB by the units original manufacturer.

8* The CPU or any other type processing unit that is included in any of the computers that we sell.

To be clear; this warranty does not protect against accidental, negligent, or malicious damage such as liquid, impact, fire, non component foreign objects entering the case (sand, baby powder, owner added decorations, or one other number of miscellaneous things.. .) or other physical harm not directly resulting from component failure. This warranty covers all damage to the computer as a result of equipment failure, or incorrect assembly by GirlPowerPC including damage other components receive as a direct result of a covered components failure.

This warranty is written in simple and plain language because it is meant to be a simple and plain guarantee.
