Customer Service Standards and Policy
1* First and foremost we will handle each customer service interaction in the manner that we all know it should be done. No cutting corners. No call center reps reading from a script. Each interaction will be with a real and relevant person who has the authorization to take care of nearly any problem and direct access to the owners for any of the few things they don’t!
2* Our customers will always speak to a live person. Automated customer service is a sad joke. It is not funny and is of absolutely no use other then showing the wrong way to do business.
2.5* Until staffing allows otherwise our customer support is only available between the hours of 10:a.m. and 7:00p.m. central timezone Monday through Friday.
3* When a customer calls for customer service they will either be speaking directly to the person who built their computer or that persons direct supervisor.
4* We will trust that our customers are not lying to us until we have no choice to believe otherwise.
5* Our customers will have access to all of our customer service perks such as our Upgrade Assist options (one of which is having a live person walk you through any future upgrades you would like to make to your PC over video call) We will have the full details available on our website at https://www.girlpowerpc.com/golden-rule-perks
6* All of our PCs come with all of our customer service programs included. No “monthly live tech support plan”. If we add a new option in the future after you bought your PC. No problem. Every customer we ever have will have access to our highest levels of customer support for 5 years from the date of delivery.
7* We will never have long forms of small font typing for the agreements between us and our customers. Our amazing 3 year warranty is less then two pages of number 14 font. We want to speak and deal with our customers in plain, obvious, and honest terms from our first sale onward.
8* We will always defend our customers complete right to repair, modify, upgrade, or anything else that is not illegal with their own property. Once a product is purchased the person who bought it owns it. Full stop. At GirlPowerPC we are beyond confused how many companies, politicians, and even some regular people seem to not understand that obvious fact.
9* For systems that have passed the 3 year mark for their warranty we will still repair the unit until the end of the five year time frame at a parts plus your cost to ship it to us. You ship it to us and we ship it back to you, on the house. We will provide the actual receipt for the actual cost of the part we purchased from the lowest cost reputable dealer available to us.
10* Defeating the porch pirates. All of our products will be shipped through FedEx with a minimum of signature verification to ensure safe delivery. All of our shipments will be properly insured with FedEx. We will not charge the customer for the insurance or a “Processing” or “Handling” fee. Each time we ship a PC we will Email the customer of the receipt from FedEx reflecting the actual cost and if our shipping estimate is more then the actual cost we will refund the difference. If the difference is that it was more expensive then the estimate we will never ask the customer to cover our mistake. Unfortunately, we only ship to the continental US. at the current time.
