A message from the owners.
Having grown up with computers, We remember when all computers looked the same. If you had a home computer, it was a beige box built by one of the large companies from the time, and you saved your reports on floppy discs, and tech companies had some of the worst and most expensive customer service. . . ever. As technology advanced, floppy discs turned into flash drives and the beige boxes turned black, everything got faster and better. . . Except the customer support. Which seems to us, to have actually gotten worse over the years.
Now, here we are in the 2020s, most home computers are still built by large system integrators who are more concerned with profit over build quality and quality of customer service. As someone who has always stood out in a crowd why not create a company who’s customer service stands out so much in the crowd it can hardly even be considered part of it.
Our PCs are powerful enough to allow you to do you. From photo and video editing, to most gaming, to video streaming, or so you can work from home, we are here to help you do what you want to get done. And look good while doing it.
When you order from us you will be receiving a PC that is ready to plug in and go, preinstalled with Windows 10, and the best in powerful open source tools ready to use for any of your photo editing, graphic design, and word processing needs. These programs are very well respected, safe, and just as powerful as any of the overpriced big publisher programs. All of our systems are hand built, and thoroughly given real world, human conducted testing to ensure the product we ship to you is exactly as advertised.
Our “Golden Rule” customer service, while not initially available outside of business hours will be in an entirely different class from 99% of the companies on the planet regardless of what industry they are in. We will not accept a lower level of customer service from our company than what we always dreamed of receiving. Your needs will never be responded to by a bot, boilerplate response, or any of the other all too common and absurd barriers between the consumer and the actual people who can help. In fact, our customer service will be directly provided by the technician who built and tested your system or the direct supervisor that oversees our build technicians.
As we build our business, brand, and resources we will start to offer custom commission computers that will be individually designed to the customers desires. Incorporating your own custom (or properly licensed) IP in to the aesthetic of your home PC from the moment of it’s inception onward.
We may be a small startup without all the financial backing, direct manufacturer connections, or as low priced options as a result of those things, but what we can offer is an overall experience that is so far above the competition it isn't even in the same league.
Here at GirlPowerPC we also deeply believe in helping save "the girls". That is why we will donate 10% of the profit from every unit sold to the Susan G. Komen foundation, for as long as the company exists.
